About the company

Engineering expertise

CELTA Ltd. is an engineering and technology company specialised in developing and deploying intelligent monitoring and predictive diagnostics systems for industry.

Digital roots

The company began its journey in information technology and the development of complex digital solutions, laying the foundation for high-technology products.

Working with industry

We work with industrial enterprises for whom equipment reliability, cost optimisation, and predictable maintenance are critically important.

Industrial problem

High loads and the lack of continuous monitoring of lubricants lead to downtime, failures, and significant operational losses.

Focus on predictive diagnostics

Today CELTA develops and deploys predictive diagnostics systems for lubricants with real-time monitoring and failure prediction.

Duration: 15 months
Total value: BGN 400,000.00
Grant funding: BGN 200,000.00
On 23.12.2024 CELTA Ltd. signed Agreement No. BG16RFPR001-1.003-0567-C01 for the provision of a grant for the project «Introduction of Innovation in the Business Process 'Software Support and Training via AI'»

On 23.12.2024 CELTA Ltd. signed Agreement No. BG16RFPR001-1.003-0567-C01 for the provision of a grant for the project «Introduction of Innovation in the Business Process 'Software Support and Training via AI'»

The project is funded under the Programme «Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises» 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.

Nature of the innovation

The project envisages the implementation of an innovative business process for software support and training through artificial intelligence, developed entirely by the CELTA Ltd. team.

Target groups

The innovation is aimed at all current and future clients, as well as employees engaged in support and training activities.

Expected impact

Implementation will reduce development time, improve product quality, and lower costs, while increasing capacity to use AI in SMEs.

Main objective

Increasing CELTA Ltd.'s production capacity through the introduction of artificial intelligence in business processes.

What CELTA offers

CELTA Ltd. offers a predictive diagnostics system for lubricants, providing continuous real-time monitoring of key parameters and a transition from reactive to predictive maintenance.

Early deviations

Detects deviations from standard values at an early stage.

Critical anomalies

Identifies critical anomalies before failure occurs.

Optimal servicing

Predicts optimal service intervals.

Lower costs

Reduces oil consumption and the number of unplanned stoppages.

AI recommendations

Generates recommendations through data analysis and AI algorithms.

Business results

CELTA's solutions are oriented towards achieving measurable business impact.

Problem

1. Wear caused by untimely oil replacement

Excessive wear of equipment and costly repairs Risk of serious damage.

2. Equipment breakdown

Unexpected equipment downtime. Loss of productivity. Missed opportunities (loss of revenue).

3. High equipment operating costs

Ineffective maintenance schedule. No forecast for component lifespan. Violation of prescribed service activities.

Failures due to oil quality:

  1. Over 25% of engine failures;
  2. 70% of hydraulic system failures.

Values

1. Early detection of anomalies during equipment operation

Identification of critical situations or dangerous defects.

2. Improving reliability

On average, 1 recommendation is generated every 3 months: oil change, engine servicing, water or fuel contamination in oil, and more.

3. Monitoring — 100% of the time

During equipment operation.

4. Reducing oil consumption by up to 27%

Of annual consumption (per unit of equipment).

Additionally

  1. Applying preventive maintenance through accumulation and analysis of big data;
  2. Reducing manual lubricant sampling (digitalisation of production);
  3. Shortening equipment downtime;
  4. Minimising waste in the form of used oil;
  5. Incoming quality control of new oil.

Reducing downtime

Early detection of deviations and scheduling repairs before failure.

Reducing operating costs

Optimising repairs, spare parts and servicing based on real data.

Maintenance predictability

Transitioning from calendar-based schedules to condition-based servicing.

Lubricant savings

Reducing consumption by 20–27% without risk to equipment.

Protection from emergency repairs

Reduced risk of serious damage and extended stoppages.

Result

Lower costs, higher reliability and predictability.

How we work

We build the process of implementing CELTA's solutions to be transparent, manageable and clear for the client at every stage.

01

Analysis of the client's objectives

At the first stage we analyse the operating conditions of the equipment, the enterprise's goals and existing maintenance processes. This allows us to identify the points with the greatest impact and propose an optimal implementation format.

02

Pilot project / testing

Before large-scale deployment, a pilot project or trial industrial operation is conducted. The client is given the opportunity to evaluate the system's performance in real conditions, verify the economic effect and make an informed decision about further use.

03

Implementation and integration

After confirming effectiveness, the system is deployed into industrial operation and, if required, integrated with the enterprise's existing IT and maintenance and repair systems. We accompany the implementation and adaptation process to the client's specific conditions.

04

Support and development

After the system launch, CELTA provides technical support, accompaniment and development of the solution. As data accumulates, the accuracy of analytics and forecasts improves, use cases expand and business impact for the client grows.
